FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When will your next batch be available?

I will announce the opening of the next batch on Twitter.

You can also check commission availability on this page or monitor the queue here.

Please note that the queue does not include commercial projects.

How is your commission process?
To commission me, please fill out the form provided on my commission page before the deadline.

Once the form is closed, all slots are taken. I will notify you through email and/or Twitter if your commission is accepted.

Afterwards, the process is as follows:

  1. Once the commission is accepted, invoice should be paid in full within a week.

  2. Work will start after receiving the payment.

  3. A sketch of the commission will be shown to you.

  4. If revisions are needed, another sketch will be sent for approval.

  5. Once the sketch is approved, line art and colors will be added.

  6. A preview of the final piece will be sent for your approval.
Minor revisions are accepted at this stage, major changes will cost an additional fee.

  7. If the final version is approved, a high-resolution file will be sent via email.

How does the waitlist work?
I may select up to
3 forms to be worked on for future batches when I have time, and it works as follows:

  • If you are willing to be waitlisted, please select "Yes" in the last question of the form.

  • If your form is selected for the waitlist, I will inform you via email or Twitter.

  • If you confirm your interest, I will send you an invoice for a deposit of 10% of your total commission fee.

If you decide to cancel your commission, it will be taken as a waitlist fee.

What do I do if my commission does not get accepted?

When there are more forms than slots available, I can only accept 5-7 commissions at a time.

If your form is not accepted, please try again next time!

Is it alright to apply again if my form was (or was not) accepted before?

Yes, of course! You are welcome to apply again.

I really need a commission from you. Is there a way I can get a slot without having to fill the form?

Currently, I am only able to do this for past clients.

If you have worked with me before, feel free to contact me to see if I can fit your commission into my schedule.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

I need more than one commission/I have several ideas for my scenario. Should I send another form for it?
You can submit multiple forms for different commissions or ideas.

In general, I would suggest to try to keep them simple as overly complicated forms may not get accepted.

If I am an independent VTuber, does my commission count as commercial? *new
It depends. Layer splicing, which is commonly requested, is only available for commercial commissions.

If required, independent VTubers may opt for a commercial slot which has a higher base fee than personal commissions.

As my schedule for commercial works are kept separate from my personal ones, you are welcome to send me an inquiry anytime to my email, and my manager may respond to you on my behalf.

Are you available for Live2D commissions? *new
